Mobile Key Locksmith MD LLC offers a broad range of locksmith services, including but not limited to:
Emergency Lockout Services: Help when you are locked out of your vehicle, home, or office.

Lock Installation and Repair: Installation and repair of residential, commercial, and automotive locks.

Service Call Fee
A service call fee of $35 applies for all locksmith services. This fee is charged to cover the costs of sending a technician to your location and providing an initial assessment. The service call fee is applicable regardless of the outcome of the service, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon in advance. Please note that the service call fee does not include additional charges for the actual service performed (e.g., lock replacement, key duplication, etc.).
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with rates provided upon request or after an assessment of the work required. The final price will depend on the type and scope of services rendered, including but not limited to the number of locks or keys involved, the complexity of the job, and the time required to complete the task.
All services must be paid for upon completion. Accepted payment methods include, but are not limited to, cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment services. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Mobile Key Locksmith MD LLC to charge the agreed-upon amount to your chosen payment method.
Mobile Key Locksmith MD LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to unforeseen complications, location changes, or emergency service needs. In such cases, we will inform you of any changes prior to proceeding.
Service Availability
Mobile Key Locksmith MD LLC provides locksmith services throughout the state of Maryland. Our services are available on a 24/7 basis, including weekends and holidays. However, due to the nature of emergency service work, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. We will make every effort to arrive within the estimated time frame, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Please ensure that the location is accessible and that you are available to authorize the work upon the technician’s arrival. Failure to be present may result in delays and additional service call charges.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. This includes providing accurate details about the type of service required, the location of the job, and any specific concerns or requests.
For the safety of our technicians and to ensure the success of the work performed, please ensure that the work area is free of obstructions and hazards. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of any property, including vehicles or premises, before and after the locksmith service.
Mobile Key Locksmith MD LLC reserves the right to refuse service if we suspect any fraudulent activity, misuse of services, or if the technician believes the work would compromise safety or violate applicable laws.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Mobile Key Locksmith MD LLC provides a limited warranty on the services and products we offer, including installations and repairs. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, but it does not extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents after the service is completed. The duration of the warranty will depend on the specific product or service provided.
Mobile Key Locksmith MD LLC is not responsible for damages caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, accidents, or unauthorized tampering with the locks or security systems installed. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
